AIvelle Consulting℠ — Website Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 26, 2026

AIvelle Consulting LLC, doing business as AIvelle Consulting℠ and AIvelle Studio (“AIvelle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates aivelleconsulting.com and offers website, AI assistant, automation, business operations, training and creative/video production services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit our website, use our website assistant Chloe, submit a project request through our Start a Project form, or contact us by email.

1. Information We Collect

Start a Project form. When you submit our Start a Project form, we collect your full name, business name and email address; your phone number (optional); whether you choose to receive text messages (an optional, separate checkbox that is unchecked by default); your website or Instagram link (optional); the services you are interested in; your preferred level of support (Do It Yourself, Done With You or Done For You); your project goals; your timeline; your budget range (optional); how you heard about us; and your agreement to this Privacy Policy, which is required to submit the form. Your submission creates a contact record in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Project follow-up. When you submit a project request through our Start a Project form or email us at [email protected], we use the contact information and project details you provide to review your request and follow up with you by email. You do not need to use an online booking calendar to contact us.

Chloe conversations. If you use Chloe, our website chat assistant, we receive the messages you type and any contact details you choose to share. See Section 3.

Other communications. If you email us or we work together, we keep records of our correspondence, proposals, consent choices and support requests.

Website and technical information. Like most websites, our website platform automatically receives technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request. Our site uses essential cookies and similar browser storage needed for the site, forms and chat to work. Our forms also use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that helps block spam and automated abuse; Cloudflare may process technical information from your browser for this purpose. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixels, TikTok pixels or other advertising or analytics tracking pixels on our website.

Payments. If you purchase a service from us, payment is processed by Stripe through its secure checkout. We receive transaction details such as the item purchased, amount, payment status and limited payment identifiers. We never ask for card numbers through our forms or through Chloe, and we do not store your full card details.

2. How We Use Information

We use information as reasonably needed to:

  • Respond to your project request, questions and support needs.
  • Arrange follow-up and conversations you request.
  • Prepare proposals and deliver services you agree to.
  • Operate Chloe and arrange follow-up from a person when requested.
  • Process authorized payments and keep required business and accounting records.
  • Maintain, secure and improve our website and business systems, including preventing spam and abuse.
  • Send service-related emails and, only where you have chosen to receive them or another lawful basis applies, occasional updates about our services.
  • Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the rights and safety of our business and customers.

3. Chloe and AI-Assisted Services

Chloe is an automated AI assistant, not a person. Chloe runs on our website platform’s conversational AI feature, which uses an OpenAI language model provided through that platform to generate responses. Your chat messages are stored in our platform’s conversation records, where authorized AIvelle personnel may review them to follow up, maintain quality and keep the service secure. The platform may generate an internal summary of a conversation to help us follow up. You can ask Chloe to connect you with a person at any time. Chloe can make mistakes, so please confirm important details with us directly. You are never required to use Chloe or complete any chat or quiz to submit a project request or contact us by email. Please do not share passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, health information or other sensitive information in chat.

4. Email and Text Messages

Email. We send email through our website platform’s email service. Replies and other day-to-day email with customers may also be handled through our Google Workspace business email account, [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email or by contacting us. We may still send essential messages about a request or service you have with us.

Text messages. We do not currently send text messages. Submitting our form, or agreeing to this Privacy Policy, does not by itself mean you agree to receive text messages. If we begin offering text messages in the future, we will ask for your consent separately, record your choice, explain what messages you will receive, and include opt-out instructions. You will be able to reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5. When We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers that help us run our business, only as needed for the services they provide to us. These currently include:

  • GrowthHub365, a HighLevel/LeadConnector-based platform that hosts our website and provides our CRM, forms, scheduling, email and Chloe chat features. AI responses in Chloe are generated through OpenAI technology provided by the platform.
  • Cloudflare, which provides the Turnstile anti-spam check on our forms.
  • Stripe, which processes payments.
  • Google (Google Workspace, including Gmail and Google Drive), which we use for our business email account, to store business records and to host certain documents, such as our certificates, that we link to from our website.

We may also share information with your permission, with professional advisers who need it to assist us, when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, to prevent fraud or protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

6. Cookies, Links and Third-Party Content

Our website uses essential cookies and similar browser storage that are needed for the site, forms and chat to function and stay secure. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies or pixels. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as forms or chat, may not work properly. Our website links to other sites, including Instagram and Google Drive. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We retain personal information for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to requests, maintaining client relationships, keeping business records, security and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the type of information, our business needs and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of your information (see Section 9).

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including limiting access to our business accounts to authorized people and using established service providers. No website, transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive financial, medical or identity documents through our website form or chat.

9. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

You may contact us to ask what personal information we have about you, to correct or delete it, to update your communication preferences or to withdraw a consent you gave. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. We may keep certain information where the law requires or permits it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under the laws of your state or country.

10. Children

Our website and services are intended for business owners and adults, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services, technology or legal obligations change. When we do, we will update the effective date above and provide any additional notice required by law.
